The firm was was founded by Graham Wedlake in 2018 after over 30 years of working as an international lawyer and business adviser in London and the Middle East. Until 2017, Graham was a partner in the international finance practice of Mayer Brown International LLP specialising in acquisition finance, project finance and asset-based lending (ABL).
As well as providing corporate and finance advice, Graham has first hand experience of being both an investor and mentor to business start-ups in the UK, US and India. He understands the issues facing companies that are scaling their businesses or expanding overseas. He also has a particular interest in the growing economies of Latin America and the trading opportunities for them in the UK, especially in the renewable energy sector.
